Sanmandy Document Destruction has proudly served Northeast Ohio and surrounding communities since 1983. What began as a small family-run operation on our farm has grown into one of the region’s most trusted names in secure document destruction.

Our first month in business was in December of 1983, on the family farm. We started with 17 businesses or corporations who most are still with us today.
By 1988, we had doubled our number of businesses served and quadrupled our volume.
In 1991, we were operating in two locations, and in 1995, we built our current facility to consolidate into one location.
Our facilities consist of 60X180 all steel structure with 24/7 electronic surveillance. We continue to upgrade our equipment and building security. Our business is in a rural area away from the main flow of traffic.
In 2002, we bought the first mobile shredding truck in the area. At that time, it was state-of-the-art technology.
In 2015, the mobile truck was replaced with newer technology.
In 2022, we expanded our fleet, giving us two mobile trucks. This was also the year we lost the owner, Richard Bowman.
Today, Michael continues the legacy his dad had built with his wife, Holly, and son Trevor. Our family-owned & operated business continues to strive to make customer service our top priority.
